WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM A HUMANITARIAN RESIDENCE PERMIT IN TURKEY?
A Humanitarian Residence Permit is given to foreigners who cannot obtain a regular residence permit but must stay in Turkey for humanitarian reasons.
